•Chicken Roulade - chicken breast stuffed with fresh spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, fontina cheese, panko crusted, served with a smoked tomato sauce
•Persillade of Beef - Dijon herb panko crusted tenderloin medallions served with a demi glace
•Vegetarian Option - Ratatouille Wellington

Yukon smashed potatoes

Choice of dessert: Strawberry swirl cheesecake or Tiramisu
Coffee, tea and water provided.
If you want to bring your own beer or wine to have with dinner, you may. Be sure to also bring whatever you need to serve it.
*When your reservation is confirmed, you will be asked to choose an entrée and answer seating questions.
Tickets are $40/person and the seating will be reserved at tables. Deadline for reservations is March 6. Dinner will be served first followed by the performance with dessert at intermission.

Stone Arch Arts and Events. 117 S. Ann Arbor St., Saline, MI [MAP].
Ample free parking nearby. Stone Arch is an historic building in the center of downtown Saline and is accessible. Please check with us ahead of time if you have special needs.

Prices: $40 for dinner theater/ $15 for all other shows

• IN PERSON: $15 general admission tickets may be purchased through Thursday mid-afternoon at Maureen's Designs, 101 S. Ann Arbor St, Saline. Tickets available at the door for all performances except the dinner theater.

THE SHOW:
The Carol Burnett Show brought an original brand of wacky comedy into American homes every Saturday night from 1967 to 1978. Featuring notoriously unpredictable sketches performed by a stellar ensemble led by: Carol Burnett, Tim Conway, Harvey Korman, Vicki Lawrence, and Lyle Waggoner, The Carol Burnett Show was one of television's most successful variety shows of all time.
Who can forget when Starlett O'Hara met Rat Butler at Tara Plantation, wearing her curtain rod dress? How about the oddly-accented, badly toupeed boss, Mr. Tudball confronting his ditsy secretary, Mrs. Wiggins? When were you first introduced to the overly critical and cranky widow, Mama Harper, her easily agitated daughter, Eunice, and unsuccessful son-in-law, Ed, in the series of sketches known as "The Family"? Which was your favorite episode of As the Stomach Turns? Remember the question and answer session between Carol and the audience, or swooning whenever Lyle Waggoner entered the stage?
The Saline Area Players, under the direction of Tami Hindes, brings these classic sketches from The Carol Burnett Show to the stage. Produced by special arrangement with Contemporary Drama Service, Colorado Springs, Colorado, the montage performance incorporates many classic characters, sketches as well as original commercials from local (Saline-area) businesses.
